ITS@Wisconsin's
Learner Support staff is available to assist current or prospective
students interested in course and program information; registration
dates and deadlines; and program policies and procedures. Our staff
is committed to providing seamless learner support, providing prompt
and accurate answers to your questions, and resolving any concerns with
a focus on priority and satisfaction.
Our
staff is supported by our one-stop-shop software support system designed
specifically with the University of Wisconsin System institution learners
at a distance needs in mind. Our features include:

Educational
Advising: A professionally staffed, contact center responds to learner
questions regarding supported programs and services. In addition
trained staff provide information designed to help learners plan
for future careers and professions.

Help
Desk Support: The help desk provides expertise to resolve technical
difficulties experienced by learners. It is available 24 hours a
day, seven days a week.

Registration
Services: Faster and simple online registration makes it easy for
learners to register for classes. An online catalog and scheduler
function allow learners to select courses across multiple institutions
and add them to a schedule of classes.

Administrative
Access: Secure, authorized online access for course administrators
provides learner registration information, including enrollment,
payment, course roster, etc.

Virtual
Bookstore: New/used books and study materials may be easily purchased
online or by toll-free phone, fax or mail (credit card or mail-in
payment).

Learner
Tracking: Comprehensive tracking of learner information, including
learner inactions, registration data, and course progress, ensures
a high degree of personal attention and awareness of individual
learner needs, even at a distance.

higher education institutions, public and private higher education institutions,
and public and private schools, school districts, and educational agencies
in Wisconsin. Additional services and consulting may be delivered to non-Wisconsin
educational entities.
