Faculty & Student Support@Wisconsin

ITS@Wisconsin supports the course management software hosted by dot.edu and DoIT, including Desire2Learn, Blackboard, Prometheus and WebCT. Support for additional areas such as browsers, plug-ins and other software packages is also provided. Our 24/7/365 helpdesks are available for both instructors and students using our services, and is available al a carte for sites needing helpdesk services. Institutions choosing to utilize the full palate of services will experience end-to-end support, from server maintenance to student support. User (instructors and students) support is also available directly from both the dot.edu and DoIT staff members. In addition, other ITS@Wisconsin Service Providers offer user support for their individual
service areas (audioconferencing, videoconferencing, learner services, and so forth).

ITS@Wisconsin support services provide a complete package that can be selected and uniquely organized to meet the needs of your institution. Among these are course management software hosting and training, instructional design consultation, web accessibility consultation, and content development assistance.
